☰How can I join SJSubs?
• Applications for SJSubs are ALWAYS open, just that various positions are available for applying at different periods depending on what the subbing team lacks/requires. You may apply here: SJSubs Subbing Applications
☰Is experience a pre-requisite in order to be accepted into SJSubs?
• Most preferably, yes. We love experienced subbers but that doesn't mean we do not welcome inexperienced ones either. If you really have an interest in subbing and are willing to commit, you can always send a PM to (☆)특별한리더 or 특ģeиeŗατioи©.
You will be provided with timing tutorials done by our very own subbers which you may use a guide to work your way around with videos. When you think you are ready to take on the real thing, we will gladly accept you into SJSubs, but do note that the Project Coordinator will be supervising your 1st project to ensure that you are ready as a subber. Don't worry, there are quite a number of inexperienced subbers in SJSubs who started out this way and some are our most active subbers!
PENDING/SUBBED PROJECTS
☰What shows are SJSubs currently subbing and what will we sub?
• 1. We have a thread where we list all the ongoing projects here: Ongoing Projects Alternatively, you can check Fansubwiki to see what our pending projects are here: Current Projects
• 2. We only sub Super Junior videos starting from 3Jib activities and onwards UNLESS it is a Special Project (i.e. Super Junior's Anniversary, SJSubs' Anniversary)
• 3. We will NOT sub OFFICIAL SME goods. (i.e., Super Show, Premium Live)
☰How can I request for a certain show to be subbed?
• Previously at the ex-SJSubs forum, subbing requests were allowed in the beginning but was soon disallowed after that. Here at SPL, we are now opening this opportunity once again to those who wish for a certain video to be subbed. Do note the rules here: Subbing Request Please do not abuse this privilege and cherish it while you can.
☰Where do I look for the Subbed Projects?
• We do have a room named SJ Subbed. That is where you will find all the videos we subbed.
☰Where is the download link? I found the thread for the video I want but there's no download link.
• If you just try to look closely and read before asking it would have saved your time from waiting for someone kind enough to answer. There will always be download links unless specified that it's being uploaded or re-uploaded.

DOWNLOADS ROOM
☰Why can't I access the Downloads Room? Is it removed?
• 1. When SPL was launched, the downloads room was made public for the 1st week because we know it's unreasonable for members to clock up a a certain number of credits(posts) before gaining access to the downloads so soon. However after the 1st week, members should have managed to clocked up sufficient credits; you will need 30 credits to access the downloads room. Or if you're a sponsor, you would have automatic access to the downloads room.
• 2. Do you already have 100 credits but can't access the Downloads Room all of a sudden? Usually the reason behind this is because we have CLOSED IT TEMPORARILY. This usually happens when we find our download links being hotlinked at other SJ sites/forums. We will only re-open the downloads room when those hotlinked download links have been cleared.
MEDIAFIRE LINKS
☰MF links seem to be not working? / Problem with the MF links.
• Mediafire have been very unstable recently. So most of the times for missing links and links that auto-refreshes, we also can't do anything about it. It will usually be fixed by Mediafire themselves.
☰MF links are out of resources?
• If this problem occurs please report it on here: BROKEN DOWNLOADS THREAD. Please DO NOT spam our Student Centre.
MEGAUPLOAD LINKS
☰MU links are temporarily unavailable.
• This is not something we can't fix as well. But usually it just takes a lot of refreshing for you to be able to download the video.
☰I can't download from MU.
• Most probably you have reached your limit in downloading for the day. Come back after a few hours to download the video, otherwise go for MF links.
☰Are you also going to upload it to MU/MF?
• WE WILL. Please be patient and be on the lookout for it.
☰How do I watch split files?

☰I have successfully downloaded the video but it doesn't play on my computer.
• All our videos are on standard .avi file and we are very sure that it works perfectly well before releasing it. If you have problems playing it, it's not our videos, it's your player. You must be missing the codecs required to play it. Download Media Player Classic HERE it always works!
YOUTUBE
☰Will SJSubs still upload subbed videos onto YouTube?
• Nope, we won't be uploading our subbed videos onto YouTube anymore where everyone has to put up with YouTube constantly flagging our videos and removing them.
☰But I don't want to download, how can I watch the videos without downloading them?
• We no longer update our YouTube channel but, we now have a Vimeo HD Channel where you can enjoy our high quality subbed videos here right here in the SPL Forum through our Video Gallery: SPLegacy Video Gallery Be sure to look through this to see the various SJSubs accounts too for the older videos subbed by us: http://www.super-legacy.com/forums/index.php?/topic/52-sjsubs-accounts/

• Each video has its own unique password for exclusivity purposes. The password is at the right of the video under Video Details.
DO NOT share our Vimeo links and password. If you are caught doing this, appropriate measures will be done. Do not risk your account.
